A towbar can be fitted to most vehicles, there are usually two options, fixed or detachable. The detachable option is neater as the ball can be removed when not in use, this option is more expensive.
There are also three options with the towbar electrics, single, twin or Euro 13 pin.
Also when connecting the electrics to the vehicle there are two options, the most popular and cheaper option is using a ‘bypass relay’ connected to the vehicle lighting. The other option is using a dedicated wiring kit, this option is often more expensive and may also require the car to be taken to a main dealer for programming to allow the vehicles onboard computer to recognise the towbar and function correctly.

Your towbar can be fitted at our workshop on Exchange Road in Lincoln. Or we can do the work at your home.
